CRITERIA:
• Must be 30 years or younger (born in 1994 or later);
• Work actively in the South African wine industry (and/or value chain);
• Must contribute to or have a positive impact on the wine industry;
• Be innovative and passionate;
• Add value to the wine industry;
• Should be available for an interview;
