The Western Cape Department of Agriculture offers previously disadvantaged individuals from the wine and cellar industries the exciting opportunity to gain experience in Burgundy, France by applying for the Burgundy Exchange Programme. Experience will be acquired in viticulture and oenology, wine processing techniques and wine chemistry. Individuals with cellar worker experience currently working in a vineyard are also welcome to apply. Applicants 35 years and younger may apply.
