Adéle Changuion

Adéle helps turn South Africa Wine’s work into stories people can understand and use. As WineLand Media grows its digital platform, she will create content that draws on the expertise of South Africa’s wine experts, translating their work into stories that explain how and why it matters to the wine industry.

Originally from the north, Adéle studied at North-West University, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies. Her career has already taken her in very different directions, from working as a journalist at Maroela Media to teaching English as a second language to diverse groups of students in South Korea. That mix of journalism, communication and teaching gives her a natural ability to take information and make it accessible to different audiences.

And when she isn’t finding the story behind the work, Adéle is a cat lover of note and will happily confirm that most things in life are improved by the presence of a cat.
