WineLand Media (Afrikaans)
30 Under 30
The future of South African wine is here. These are some of the people building it.
Every year, WineLand Media’s 30 Under 30 celebrates 30 young people who are making their mark across the South African wine value chain. They are winemakers and viticulturists, researchers and marketers, sommeliers, tourism professionals, entrepreneurs and people doing jobs that may not even have existed a generation ago.
We look for more than impressive job titles. We look for people with ideas, energy and curiosity. People who are willing to challenge how things have always been done and who are already adding something meaningful to the industry around them.
Being named one of WineLand’s 30 Under 30 is not about being recognised for what you have achieved before turning 30, but rather about becoming part of a growing community of young professionals helping to write the next chapter of South African wine.
This is their Hall of Fame. Meet the people we think you should be watching.
