Highlights are always the Best White and Best Red Wines of Show, the International Judges’ trophy winner, Discovery of the Show (best value wine) and Best Premium Wine with the medallists of the Most Successful Producer claiming the limelight. In addition to the host of category winners, museum class vintages (at least four years old for white wines, eight years for red and sparkling) will be available for tasting. Patrons will enjoy the new releases from many favourites, but can also expect to meet some lesser-known cellars.

Sandton
Date: Wednesday 12 June
Venue: Sandton Convention Centre (Bill Gallagher Room), Maude Street, Sandton
Time: 17:00 to 21:00 (No first entry after 20:30)
Tickets cost R295 each per single entry. Tickets are limited and include the sampling of all wines, a delicious deli snack (value R100) and the tasting glass to take home. Discounts for Smart Shopper cardholders apply (two tickets for the price of one).

Cape Town
Date: Wednesday 19 June
Venue: CTICC 2 (Hall 8), corner Heerengracht & Rua Bartholomeu Dias, Foreshore Cape Town
Time: 17:00 to 21:00 (No first entry after 20:30)
Tickets cost R250 each per single entry. Tickets are limited and include the sampling of all wines and the tasting glass to take home. Discounts for Smart Shopper cardholders apply (two tickets for the price of one).

The results of the 2024 Trophy Wine Show will be announced on Tuesday 4 June in Paarl. Visit www.trophywineshow.co.za from 16h00 on the day for all the winners and additional information, such as the Top 10 category winners.
The winners were selected from 650 wines judged by an esteemed panel chaired by Michael Fridjhon in early May. See the judges here
Wines will be available to buy from Port2Port either online from 5 June until 5 July – or at the Public Tastings via an order system.
