Eileses Capital is glad to have acquired Winemag.co.za as the premier mouthpiece regarding South African fine wine and the intention is to provide the necessary capital to promote further the country’s outstanding wines internationally. In the short term, the editorial team will be expanded under the experienced watch of editor Christian Eedes, who has complete carte blanche when it comes to content. In the long term, the idea is to make the site a world-class center of wine reading, viewing and listening

Eileses Capital was founded in 2016 by Kishore Bopardikar and Charles Marston. The founders have worked together since 1991. With extensive experience in the technology space, the company’s investments range across multiple sectors including healthcare, the food industry, and core technology.
