Franschhoek Bastille Festival goes virtual
· 1 min read

In July, the Franschhoek Bastille Festival will celebrate its 27th year since it was launched. Organisers of the annual Franschhoek Bastille Festival says the festival will take place in 2020, but with a slight twist.
“This year, the festival comes to you,” says the official press release from Franschhoek Wine Valley. The wine tourism association will broadcast a virtual Bastille festival, which allows you to enjoy Franschhoek’s offerings from the comfort of your home. According to the organisers, an exciting line up is on the cards and that all will be revealed in time. The theme this year is “Embracing the Nouveau Normal.”
“Get your red, white and blue outfit ready and follow all our social media channels for an unforgettable experience.”
